In Home & Community Supports
Direct servces provided face to face in the home and community settings to protect health and welfare to assist individuals acquiring, maintaining, and improving self-help, domestic, socialization, and adaptive skills. Services may be provided in the general areas of self-care, communicatioin, fine and gross motor skills, mobility, therapeutic activities, relationship development, socialization, and use of community resources.

Companion Services
Companion services are provided to individuals living in a private residence for the limited purposes of providing supervision and minimal assistance that is focused soley on the health and safety of the adult individual (18+) with special needs. Services are not available to those residing in a redidential habilitation setting. These services are utilized in lieu of habilitation services to protect the health and welfare of the inidivual when a habilitative outcome is not appropriate or feasible. This service can be used during asleep hours for the purpose of supervision or non-medical or non-habilitative care is needed to protect the safety of the individual.
Habilitation services are geared to teaching new independent living skills and building new ones to benefit your daily life.
Direct services that are provided to supervises or support individuals on a short-term basis due to the absence or need for relief of those persons normally providing care.
Providing supervision and assistance that is focused on the health and safety of the adult individual (18+).
